Overview
This policy applies to all products purchased from WiGo Store within the State of Qatar.
Refunds Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The return request must be made and completed within 14 days from the date of purchase.

The customer must personally bring the item to our designated return location (address available on our website or in-store).

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be presented.

Products that are opened, installed, cut, damaged, altered, or used are not eligible for return or refund.
This policy is in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in the State of Qatar.
Refunds & Handling Fee

Approved returns will be refunded using the original payment method.

A QAR 50 handling and logistics fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

This fee covers delivery, handling, and restocking costs, as all products are offered with free delivery within Doha.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used products

Items returned after 14 days

Products with damaged, missing, or altered packaging

Clearance, discounted, or special-order items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the issue.

Verified cases will be resolved through a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد
تنطبق هذه السياسة على جميع منتجات الأرضيات والمنتجات ذات الصلة التي يتم شراؤها من WiGo Store داخل دولة قطر
شروط الاسترجاع
نقبل طلبات الاسترجاع وفق الشروط التالية:
- يجب تقديم واتمام طلب الاسترجاع خلال 14 يوما من تاريخ الشراء
- يتحمل العميل مسؤولية إحضار المنتج بنفسه إلى موقع الاسترجاع المعتمد (العنوان متوفر على الموقع أو في المتجر).
- يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وغير مفتوح وبغلافه الأصلي المختوم.
- يجب تقديم فاتورة أو إيصال الشراء الأصلي.
لا يمكن استرجاع أو استرداد المنتجات التي تم فتحها أو استخدامها أو تركيبها أو قصّها أو تعديلها بأي شكل.
الاسترداد ورسوم المعالجة
- يتم استرداد المبلغ عبر نفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة عند الشراء.
- يتم خصم 50 ريال قطري كرسوم معالجة وخدمات لوجيستية من قيمة الاسترداد
وذلك لتغطية تكاليف التوصيل والمناولة، حيث يتم توفير توصيل مجاني داخل الدوحة لجميع الطلبات.
المنتجات غير القابلة للاسترجاع
- المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة
- المنتجات التي يتم إرجاعها بعد مرور 14 يومًا
- المنتجات ذات التغليف التالف أو غير المكتمل
- المنتجات المخفّضة أو المصنوعة حسب الطلب
المنتجات التالفة أو غير الصحيحة
في حال استلام منتج تالف او غير مطابق يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام مع ارفاق صورة واضحة وسيتم معالجة الحالة بالاستبدال او الاسترداد دون اي رسوم اضافي.
